What, no Hebrew?

The site of a new elementary school at East Girard and Hampden Avenues, in east Denver. The future home of Hampden Heights Expeditionary School . I suppose the kids are encouraged to wear pith helmets for their foray into, um, education. I could be wrong. This is high-concept education, kind of like a Spielberg movie is called ” high- concept” when it’s in pre-production.

Seriously though, if Arabic is an official second-language for students, with perhaps translators and immersion classes, as this banner implies, wouldn’t it be fair to include Hebrew as well ?

Or are we as a community only supporting “one side” of a political equation-surreptitiously ?

Talk amongst yourselves. I’ll be here all week. Please tip your wait-staff.
